They don’t suck just because they are taking time off from work. They have their own family and lives. Without them we were lucky to even get an update once a year. Now we get an update almost every moth be grateful.
@aastrokit2 be grateful smh!!!!! you can’t seriously expect them to just be able to conjure up an update with a snap of their fingers. they’re taking so much time to work on the revamp that they needed to take a break. it’s for their health. they’re putting love into it. look how much stuff we have in the game right now! please put your own feelings aside and have some empathy 💗
I still don't know why people have expected a map revamp this summer... while people have always thought we would be getting a map revamp for every update for *years* I think it's been an even bigger issue I still enjoy bloxburg, I've actually roleplayed and made multiple new friends recently while it has been "dead" but idk if they're making the best decisions to make the part of the community who's ticked off so much for some reason feel better about them again... like idk why a few upsetting updates has made ppl go off the rails, but they could be managing things better to fix their relationship with these ppl BUT AT THE SAME TIME, when a bajillion people yell, scream, flail, and send unnecessary snark and hate towards them just bc "they don't listen to the community" (just bc they add things that ppl don't like doesn't mean they're not listening -_-) when they're planning updates for the future and working on stuff ppl have been begging for but it doesn't align with the *player's* timeline, yeah, I'd probably also say, "SEE YA" and take a break from the toxicity that I'm sure is giving them a headache

The fact that they announced they’re going on holiday when the game is dying just feels like a slap in the face. How can they tell us they’re going on holiday but can’t give us any updates about this supposed map revamp?? People have been begging for more teasers/info and they’ve done the exact opposite - tell us they’re not going to be working on the game. Like come on Bloxburg! If you’re gonna slap us in the face like this, at least provide an update with how things are going and tell us how much there is left to finish. Also, wouldn’t it make more sense for them to finish this map revamp and then REWARD themselves with a holiday?
Plot twist. They're actually working hard on the revamp but don't want to be bothered, or spend the extra time and energy towards the social media parts of it all... Truthfully we have no idea what's really happening. If a break allows them to come back stronger than before, than shouldn't we be supporting that? I dk just my opinion.
Developers are people too! They are aloud to have a break. They have their own lives and family. They can’t just work on the game 24/7. This break they are taking is actually good!! It means they can recharge and come back with even better updates!

And also whenever it was just FroggyHopz and Coeptus working on the game they maybe took one summer break in the 6 years they ran it before it was sold, so why does a team of multiple people need a whole summer break?? It’s just a dumb decision as they could’ve saved their game from being boring by updating at this time where most people don’t have school and things to do that prevent them from playing Roblox 😑
Bramp talked about this in one of his recent videos (I think the raft mood station one? That’s a pretty good video btw XD) , it’s not too big of a deal. Froggy and couptus did this way back in the olden days. These can help with updates, I mean sometimes you can just feel burned out and there isn’t that excitement there was last year. This is more seprate from before but I kinda wish bloxburg moved around some of the updates so we got the bloxburger update maybe in April and moved Aprils update to august, just so fans had a big update this year.
Continuing from that last bit, I do think bloxburgers now are just a bit too entitled, I understand everyone has a opinion but I remember when 3 years ago, bloxburger players just let small updates happen and everyone was fine no one cared if we had a big update or one with a few cars, now everyone’s like “we need 1 billion dollars for when the game goes free because we paid 25 robux!”
yh its the timing...like everyone is on summer break without a bloxburg update to look forward to. I mean this is the time when they should be seeing their player count rocket

Idk guys i just feel like it’s a little *odd* that the devs are taking a “summer vacation” from their jobs.. pretty much no job has a summer break other than teachers. And on top of that, their updates lately have been very… underwhelming… Their most recent update was 2 new prebuilt houses, that were made by people who weren’t on the dev team. They released food, but not many build mode items, the new section in build mode is a moving truck and a trophy, and they have been the same 2 items for months now. Coeptus had more fulfilling updates, more often. Considering a college student had more enjoyable, and bigger updates than a whole team of people who dont have any distractions like.. COLLEGE… i feel like they could do better, and, no offense to the devs, but considering how small their updates have been lately, (not to mention, that work was split up into a team of people,) i feel like they really shouldnt be tired/need a break. im very interested to see where bloxburg goes in the future because they have been releasing very little to no updates and are already tired, when one college student managed to do it and be fine.. but idk, maybe they have big plans for once they get off of break!😊
I understand they deserve break but 6 weeks? I don’t remember people with jobs taking a long break from job just to have a break, unless it’s teachers or emergencies. 6 weeks is pretty too long but I guess it’s happening.
