Brilliant video!!!Alex can carry the Flick Trip torch and make it Leyba Trips. You two should do more videos together, that first minute was hilarious, 😝. Love the authenticity of you both. Keep it up Alex!
Finally got around to watching this. Such a great video, man! Your joy and inspiration radiates through every frame. Really happy you guys got to meet again!
Alex! This was a really fun watch, man. Super nostalgic lol I think John was my first to watch back in the day too. It's wild to see the old clips from his earlier videos and now seeing him rock some greys lol I honestly love it. You've done some great work, buddy. Btw I had to log in just to comment...took a while lol
It's great seeing you succeed. It seemed like you had wanted this for quite a while and it's really nice seeing it come to fruition; like seeing Christopher Nolan get his first Oscar.
This video was special to me. Never seen a Alex Leyba video before but always was a giant John FlickPick fan and seeing someone who is as big a fan of John as i was and essentially grew up watching him too this was awesome to watch. Always thought it'd be cool to hangout with John. Definitely subscribing to this channel and keep up the great work Alex
That means so much to me thank you!! Really glad you liked it and I can relate. I have a lot of out n about videos I’ve done throughout the years if you’d be interested in going back
Had a smile on my face the whole time watching this. I’m 25 now and started watching John around the same time as you in 2011/2012 and this video brought backs tons of great memories.
Back in 2015 when i started following John, i did not know it that times those Flick trips would become kind of a thing of the past. And that i'll be Watching This Vid so Fondly with all the Nostalgia 9 years later. Thank u Alex
Alex, John's Flick Trip videos have always been my favourite too. John going to pawn shops & best buy & throwing things into bins. Classic. Night of the chicken sandwich........anyone? Anyone? 😂😂
Alex thanks for the upload bud. I remember the video John uploaded of the short film fest with Chris and seeing you for the first time I saw the fanboy of John in you that is in all of us who are subbed to him. This vid changed my whole day and made me happy to see you living the dream and going on a flicktrip with the flickpick. Lets goooo man👏👏👏👏👏👏
The flick pick was the first RU-vidr i found too back in 2012. His flick trip videos were the best. i never missed an episode. I still remember the videos he did with crazy jason 😂 . Thanks for bringing back the good old days alex!!
I’ve watched flick pick for a long time, this is the first time I’ve seen your channel and let me tell you the dynamic between you and john is so much fun to watch. You’re a unique character for sure man, in a good way keep it up!! This vid somehow reminded me of the good old days of RU-vid and gave me the warm feelings inside. Btw any chance you have the name of the synthwave song that’s playing at the end?
Thank you so much for checking this out! Appreciate the kind words, it’s a track made by my friend Trevor indego on sound cloud, I forget the name of it
17:15 cinecreep pulls an Uncle John. Now I’m torn between the best Blu-Ray Hunting car crash response. “YOU DIDNT SEE THAT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET??” “I DIDNT DO THAT!!”
“Stallone looked like a baked potato” hahaha Well, as for Stallone, some people just keep on going; and I tip my hat to Stallone for that, because some people just give up…. Right John?…
Bro. 🤩 ❤ 😭 This made my Year!!!! My mind is blown that my biggest YT inspiration signed a copy of one of my favorite movies for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🍿
I used to think it was an act, with Alex. But then I realized he's just a genuinely good dude. Id love to meet Alex Leyba in the wild...and go shopping for movies with him. Keep doing your thing, Alex.
@@AlexLeyba1 Mega Replay in Fort Wayne, I go there all the time! I also live in Fort Wayne. It's just weird seeing it on RU-vid for some reason. Normally everything I see in RU-vid videos is foreign to me, and now suddenly it's a place I'm very familiar with. Weird but also neat!
