As for he Momoka/Rin thing- you can see Ayumu's hair and wing in the mirror! Also in the mirror is Momoka a bit more, and in different clothing. Given this comes after Idol Serika/Ayane and Idol Kirino/Fubuki/Mari (they're all idols, and this event is shown on signs earlier in the pv/the board between Kirino and Fubuki is explaining the stage/venue + a trinity student is managing so it's still the Trinity culture festival)- blah blah all three GSC students are likely getting idol alts and participating. Phew! And yes they're cheering for Sakurako. Their signs say Sakurako's name in Katakana~
8:28 You can actually see that the trees in the background are costumes as well, with Izuna in the tree on the left and Tsukuyo in the tree on the right, which is why Michiru is in the audience.
With veritas at 9:13 you can see Yuuka also on the left based on the halo. Makes it seems to be some kind of slumber party with veritas and seminar. Can only hope that Rio would make an appearance as well. Just imagine PJs Rio 😭

I think the funniest think about the After School Sweets Club at 6:03 is that we get a clear vista of the rest of the campus, which has all the traditional roofs. Then slap bam in the middle we have a modern Japanese high school roof.
At 5:07 the signs the two girls are holding up definitely say "Sakurako" although i don't know what the kanji after it is. Definitely worth mentioning in case Sakurako has a fan base or maybe an Alt coming.
10:25 Trinity River reminds me of Venice (Venezia, Italy) with how the building and such. And why the mask? I remembered playing Assassin's Creed 2 and remember that one time we went into a Carnivale wearing a mask? I think it might be something like that but with the touch of Trinity's speciality
Absolutely where my mind went too. AC2, still best time I've had in that series. But I might remember the masks more vividly because of the trailer for it, rather than the sequence itself.
At 1:12, Wild Hunt Art Academy was mentioned on the billboard along with many other events happening at other schools And there's Highlander Railway School written on Sensei's schedule at 10:50 I hope those 2 schools make their debut at some point, especially since they have been hinted so much in the game
Every year there must be one popular event like the millennium sports event, so it's quite possible for an event like a schools festival to exist considering it's quite popular even in the anime genre. As for the concerts maybe possible collabs or another banger event. And the trinity lake scene is giving me valentines day vibe, I fogor if they mention about a valentines event on the livestream but I hope there's one lol
I love what they did with the NPCs for this PV. I know it's not the first time they did it but they they seem to have stepped up their game for the NPC characters, with some even looking like they're one of the main characters. Kinda surprised you didn't talk a bit more about how the JTF students with Ichika are now unique instead of just the mob-chan we all know(though it would have been a nice touch if she was also there). 4:50 Rabu and her gang members staying at the entrance of art gallery(stated in the sign next to them) may possibly the reason why Nagisa is all alone in her cake roll art show LOL. 8:48 you can see Ayumu's wing in the mirror so 3 of them should have presented in this scene. 11:15 on sensei's desk there are many souvenirs or related stuff possibly given by students in previous scenes . 11:18 this shows how close Arona and Plana are as they are likely sharing one umbrella in rain(some meaning for this? As Inoe mentioned rain storm is possibly coming)
6:40 That "Oh my god Bocchi the rock" joke killed me 💀 From what I concluded from PV is that following are possible events we can get: 1. Gehenna party event 2. Trinity cultural festival 3. Gehenna tour to Hyakkiyako 4. Millenium sleep-over 5. Arius summer Trinity cultural festival like you said is probably gonna be bigger event like Millennium sport festival one. And After school sweet club, and Abydos and Valkyrie idols are part of that same event. And the GSC members at 8:52 could be a part of Millenium sleep-over which if true would be really interesting ngl.
I think the millennium sleepover has the potential for Koyuki and Noa 1st alt, maybe even Yuuka 's 2nd A cope take is that Rio might be debuting here as well, though, another deca event could be more fitting Another thing is the SCHALE office table, you can see Blackbeard swords (sleepover). Both Trinity and gehenna invitation letters. Shells from the beach (probably Arius). A note from Yuuka, saying she did sorting work. I think the coolest thing they did in this PV was all of the unique Halos for just randomers. They could have given them all default Halos like in the summer animated PV or the anime but nope, basically all of them are personalised.
One more thing. The shot after "Nagisa alone", with Rabu and her mobs--the thing they're next to is the "Art Gallery Entrance" so they seem to be hinting that Rabu and the other helmets will be interacting with Nagisa somehow in her lonely gallery. And that restoration building says "Saint Nepthys" on it. That's Nonomi's family's company.

Somehow I start to believe Rabu and whole Helmet gang is just a group of delinquents from Trinity by their uniforms. But why did they becoming like that as a Trinity students? I thought Trinities are bunch of rich kids. Or maybe these group are not so that rich, they start to make their own group.

The reason Mari was squished is because she's not being squished, its because her phone dropped and she tries to pick it up. And the part where you talk about Momoka and Rin, you can actually sees Ayumu from the reflections of the mirror.
I don't know if there's much I can add that others in the comments haven't already said, but, great video Inoe. Nice to see you bringing up really small details as well, like the students accompanying Makoto and Ibuki on the stairs being the same one's from the 2nd pv, or the small sightings throughout other scenes of different students that we as Sensei are already acquainted with. Now for some crack theory time tho, and this is mainly in regards to Arius summer event: Looking at how well done the current Hina event in the JP server is, even though I'm personally on global and we'll be getting that event potentially only in summer of this year, so like 6 months from now or around so, it makes me wonder if we'll see a repeat of this type of event gameplay structure but this time it's us following Saori on her few part time jobs, as well as the story for that event probably being something to do with the actual DJ going missing or not being able to make it time, which has Saori volunteer for the role and is why later there's a scene of presumably her actually being a DJ. This mainly fortified by the fact that in a previous scene or a few we can see her just as a normal worker, seemingly unloading the boxes with the musical equipment as well as setting up the stand/stage for the upcoming performance. Now, for why her squad is there too? Well, why not you know, my main theory being that it's probably mainly will be Atsukos idea, that has a tie in with the fact that Saori is on that beach as well, or just a random but pleasant happenstance. Basically, hella hyped to finally see them happy, as well as the HEALING ARK! THE HEALING ARK IS REAAALLLL!
Really great analysis here and its nice that this pv is alot more wholesome and a non serious vibes unlike the previous two pvs and i loke your analogy about the storm clearing up thats shows that kivotos has "passed the storm" and have some down time to have fun And the events that showed here that I really want are the trinity cultural school event cause i really like an event that aint focuses on only one school and have other students from a different school to be there like the get set go event because of the potential interaction they have with one another and also because the afterschool sweet club finally got an alt after all this time(airi and yoshimi are the one i wanted to be playable),secondly the arius summer event cause they fricking deserve it after ehat they been through(I really want misaki and saori summer to be playabe the most),and lastly the seminar x veritas slumber party event because KOYUKI PAJAMAS KOYUKI PAJAMAS KOYUKI PAJAMAS (but for real pls make her playable dont fool us again nexon like the one you did in the bunny chasers permanent implemention) and thats all i want to say and lets hope for a wonderful year here in kivotos fellow senseis
