Both Damian and Jaime we're made in 2006 but unlike Jaime, Damian didn't get his own ongoing comic until 2021 so it isn't too surprising, not to mention Damian has 2000 animated appearances now

For iron man, the first movie is probably the last time Robert was in a full suit, in the later movies, he just wears the shoulder/chest piece and they cgi the rest. For his last suit I'm pretty sure it was full cgi because it was made of nano bots so. Still, lots of practical stuff elsewhere.

They used a practical suit in the beginning films where it looked best. But by endgame it was mostly just cgi and he’d maybe wear part of a chest piece
