If your budget is not a problem, this video might not be for you as you can upgrade 13-15 Silver book.
Some people might have to think about what to upgrade first, and what level to upgrade and this is fine. This is what makes playing feel great as you have to make decisions, you have to grind and you have to struggle choosing the best option for you.

Comparison:
The differences in option 0.2 Curse /20 lvl = 11 Curse dmg.
From 185% to 195% = about 5.4% improvement.(from Blue 13 to Silver +13), the true dmg % improvement will be even lower than this because this do not increase base dmg.
Silver book +15 give you 207%, about 6.2% improvement over +13 Silver book
Sometimes the journey is better than the end goal , you will remember how you get there more than what do you fell when reaching the goal. When you reach the end goal, you will feel completed but at the same time empty because what next?
