Ingredients
-1 Tbsp Butter (15g)
-1 Tbsp Flour
-½ Cup Milk
-½ Cup Sour Cream
-½ Cup Blue Cheese( Shredded)
-1/4tsp salt (Optional)
-Black pepper to taste
Method
-Melt the butter in a pan and mix in the flour
-Pour in the milk, mixing continuously till the sauce thickens
-Mix in the sour cream
-Add shredded blue cheese and mix until the cheese has melted
-Season with salt and pepper (to taste)
