This Cichlid mom incubated 26 eggs in her mouth and when the fries grow it release fries out for food and give them back in mouth, The breeding cichlid is very easy as female fish gaurd their eggs in mouth and takecare of baby fish. Cichlids are mouth brooding fishes. They are not livebearers like guppy, molly or platy. Female fish lay eggs, while male fertile them and female hold in their mouth and wont eat food till babies free to swim.
