You should remelt all your sprews and fill something tiny with them, then go fishing with all your crazy colours! So many options for recycling!

Those look fine. Obviously some are perfect but that's how it goes. My favorite color Bamabug is a GP top with Junebug color bottom. Great for low visibility. I find myself picking through them as what I think the fish want more flash or more natural. Not all are perfect but they work well.

Cool worms, but I do like it in a craw more. Talked to your guy T at Stankx/DOP and ordered 2 molds some eyes and 2 gal 1 black 1 white. Got to say how great the customer service is over there. What a class A company both are. Had questions and was contacted quickly with answers and had an issue on the website...likely operator error...but they were so helpful. Thanks for recommending Stankx and Dead On Plastic Chris.

Blue craw is my favorite color to fish with. Natural enough to fish in clear water and has enough contrast in muddy water.

It was hard to get the swirl effect, and I wish I had a darker blue hilite..but they came out pretty good. It's definitely a challenge give it a shot.

This vid gave me a bit of inspiration! I do not have highlight myself but I was making up some plain old watermelon worms and just looked over and saw my blue pearl... the result was insane! I set it next to a blue worm it is blue, next to a green it is a green. I am just calling it chameleon worms.

In your blue craw and your swamp swirl you used hi-lite powder in one and blue pearl in the other. What is the difference between the two

Watching this makes me want to make some baits! Suggestion for next time: I feel like the high lite side needed black colorant to make the blue more deep blue. I could be wrong but it seems like the high lite side had some black in the picture. I will have to try milking the cow! Awesome video as always! Thanks for you videos!

I don't know about you but I am pretty good at using safety equipment since I started (still a newbie) but one thing never mentioned almost got me the other day. It was 90 something out and high humidity.... I was filling my injector and a drop of sweat fell from my nose, it made a hell of a pop!

Yes a long time ago...it's actually hard to rotate it while maintaining pressure... I wasn't impressed

Thank you for sharing your knowledge....it takes a lot of time and effort....I really appreciate it! Question: Why don't mold designers make the sprue area into a functional bait (like a stick bait or finesse worm?) Having to remelt all of the excess sprue plastic seems counterproductive. I've been wanting to get into pouring my own worms......so I basically know nothing (meaning my question may be really stupid!) Many thanks again for sharing your time!

It's a good question..the sprue runner is all about supplying plastic to the cavities when they draw in during the curing process...so I guess the regular shape of the sprue is the most effective way.

Hey man, have you had any problems with your dead on plastic black label plastisol? I got the jerk bait blend and I heated it up to the recommended 350f and it just comes out like water and wont set up right.. idk if you had any problems with Deadonplasix. Great vid and thanks

Sounds like it wasn't mixed enough...I stir it with a hand spoon for a minute or so and it works great everytime. No problems at all.

I had the same problem. You can’t shake a gallon enough to get it to mix. Pour it in a picture make sure you get all the resin out of the plastisol container. Pick up a long handle mixer, put in your drill and mix. That problem will disappear. If I don’t shoot for a couple of days, I mix again. Good luck.

How does your liquid stay so liquidy for so long? When I inject I feel like I have to rush and even when I do that it hardens up before I get a full injection in. Always have air bubbles in senkos.

Are you using a firm blend plastic? Plastic with more resin sets up quicker than softer plastic with less resin.
