Its all a joke because they don't take these that serious. Some professional advice, people that struggle to read or understand other people's intent could be a sign of some disorders you may not be aware of. Not making fun you, I have to clarify that since this is the internet. I'm being genuine, I work with children that have issues expressing themselves or understanding others. I could just be reading too much into this but it's pretty clear that Nano is not being serious at all and his personality is quite clear if you watch his videos.
