Blue Heron Workout 

This is little longer video than normal.
I wanted to show how much work it takes for a Blue Heron to swallow a nice sized Catfish. This video is only half of what I took. I had only so much time to capture this because I had to be somewhere. After 7 1/2 minutes, he still hadn't swallowed it. Unfortunately, I didn't get the whole thing, but what I got is worth watching.
You'll also see a few other birds flying around checking things out.
