Er hat zwar eindeutig Taktfehler aber ich denke, dass er ein wunderbares Dressurpferd sein wird. Vorallem liebe ich es wie Edward Gal reitet. Die wenigsten Dressurreiter haben eine so tiefe und weiche Hand. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wenn mit diesem Pferd intensiv weitertrainiert wird (mit Edward) werden seine Fehler schnell der Vergangenheit angehören. Zeitweise kommt er nämlich auch etwas hinter die Senkrechte. Aber Edward Gal ist TOP!
wow, edward is such a fantastic rider, he is having fun, his horse is having fun and has such full confidence in him!!!! Poor Totilas iwthout him. I also love Romanov, what a horse!!
The guy routinely practiced rolkur. Someone filmed him warming up a horse in rolkur and the horses head was so overbent that it’s tongue was sticking out and went blue. The guy is a bad rider and an animal abuser. To do something without realising is one thing and could be forgiven, but doing something knowing full well what you’re doing makes him even worse.
I agree...but lets not forget that this is his first public appearance so sometimes they are not perfect. beautiful horse though, I am sure he will go far
Go and look at what Totilas is doing under his new rider. Then think again when you criticize Edward Gal. He had the best interests of Totilas at heart. He is capable of getting everything that the horse is capable of out of the horse without force or fear. You can tell that the horses love his training techniques and respond to his fair demands.
When I read some comments I can't believe how blind some people are! "Edward is a fantastic rider", "The horse is having fun", "He brings out the best". No! The horse doesn't have any fun. Every shit day his horses have to go in Hyperflexion. And I'm sorry but if you do so and you are as unfair as he is to his horses only to get any successes.. Then you aren't a fantastic rider!
Are you seriously saying Rollkur is ok? ..in good hands? And I'm sorry but if I can only get Worldchampion if I have to train my horses always in Rollkur then I don't wanna be a Worldchampion! It's crazy how some people are thinking. Not everything is Rollkur but Edward is knowen as rider who trains his horses very often in Rollkur -.- And that's simply crazy and unbelieveble for me.
You people seriously can´t see anything that Edward is doing when he is riding? He has great balance reads the horse like a open book and has so much natural talent that it is unbeliveable. You should respect him not throw shit at him like idiots. Rollkur is and has been used for centuries but anky and holland gave it a name. It is a tool that can help problem horses and is usefull but has to be used with care. Just like any other tool we have to make the horse better.
Nur weil er mit ihm nicht weiter kommt heißt es nicht das er ihn in Hyperflexion reiten muss (Rollkur) und ihn dazu zwingt man braucht Zeit und vertrauen für sowas. Er war mal ein guter reiter mittlerweile Reitet er dieses wundervolle Pferd was meiner meinung nach was vom Knick und Tritt usw. besser als Totilas ist immer mehr mit Rollkur. Abscheulich was wir Menschen aus so wundervollen geschöpfen machen.. aber was soll man tun?
2. Like any tool, Rolkur has it's place, only in the hands of experienced riders though. NOTE: WEG Gold medalist is experience. 3. I know many things about good riding, resorting to dissing someone whom you have never met's knowledge is petty. I know that if Romanov was in any pain or not wanting to work... he would let the rider- and the world know.
1. Look at the description of the video of Edward Gal riding a horse using rolkur. Clearly says "Practical use of this method by experienced riders: Edward Gal". He doesn't use Rolkur on every horse, nor does he have to. Im not 100% on the horse he was riding in the Rolkur video, but it may be that Rolkur was necessary there. Sure, Gal may have taken it to an extreme, but 1 example should never define a man.
Das stimmt.. hab ich bei dem andern pferd "rubin cortes" auch schon gesehn.. kann aber auch am pferd liegen, denke nicht dass der taktfehler an edward liegt. er arbeitet mitsicherheit auch dran(:

also da sieht man's ja wieder:es liegt am reiter,was das pferd aus sich heraus holt und totilas gehört zu gal und nicht zu rath,weil der dieses pferd einfach nicht gut reiten kann !! totilas kann noch so teuer gewesen sein,aber ohne den passenden reiter (welcher eindeutig edward gal ist!!) ist er "wertlos" !!!
schön zu sheen das gal immer noch keine rollkur anwendet :) süßes pferd was er da hat, er kann mit ihm bestimmt noch viel erreichen, wie er es ja shconmal bewiesen hat :) aber das Pferd hat leichte probleme mit seiner hinterhand oder ? :D
Er ist fast besser als Totilas?? wann men Totilas unter rath siehst dan wurde ich sagen"ja er ist besser wie Totilas" aber sind Sie vergessen wie Totilas gelaufen hat mit Edward Gal. never will there be a Dance couple equal to Edward & Totilas. aber ich bin mir sicher das Edward Gal dieses pferd in die top kriegt, wo Totilas und rath warscheinlich nie mehr kommen wurden. zo ein schade von so ein super pferd
Das matched einfach nicht mit den beiden. Und Leute bitte, „Sport=Tierquälerei“ Kommentare ect. pp. oder ähnliches…sich darüber auszulassen bringt weder dem Pferd etwas noch ändert es Gesetze aber ihr hyped und supported indirekt Leute die ihr scheiße findet. Unterschreibt lieber Petitionen und engagiert euch für den Tierschutz! Das ist tausendmal nützlicher als dieses „das leben ist ein Ponyhof“ blabla. „Reden ist Silber, Schweigen ist Gold“. Oder: „einfach mal die Fresse halten“.
