The 2024 season for the Toronto Blue Jays has been a nightmare. From the bullpen being horrific all year to most of the highest paid players severely underperforming. After today we don't have to go through it any longer as 162 games have come and gone. I just wanna say thank you to everyone who supported myself and the page all year long....WE WILL BE BACK!!!

I predicted a sweep in the final three games of the season. However, I did not expect the 100 loss Marlins to be the winning team. After sweeping the Cardinals, the Jays did little else.

I went to the very first game at Exhibition (aka Prohibition) Stadium on April 7, 1977. So I’ve followed the team from the get-go. This is as bad an edition of the team as I have seen since that post expansion era (when they were expected to lose) till the early to mid 80’s, when Tony Fernandez, George Bell, Lloyd Moseby and Jesse Barfield etc. finally showed up and jelled as light at the end of a long, dark tunnel.

7th worst team in the majors and the bottom 6 gets a chance at the 1st overall pick. Pretty much sums up this very disappointing season

With Yankees back to form. Jays not making the post-season for 3 to 5 years minimum. Called this after last years wildcard series debacle. This team is average at best, a couple injuries away from the white sox.

The Yankees will resign Soto, that will light a fire in Boston who will start spending again, the Os have arrived, the Rays are always pesky. We will be fighting for spots 3 to 5 in our division for a long time.

Why would Kikuchi and Jansen, after tasting playoff or .500 ball, want to come back to a basement dwelling team with a divided fanbase, incompetent front office and owner whose apathy rivals the owner of the Oakland A's.
