Jays didn't pinch run for Vogelbach because coach wanted lefty Cavan Biggio pinch hitting for IKF, which worked out. It was just bad luck, when Joey Votto is healthy and joins the club, he replaces Vogelbach and Jays have a bit more speed.

The Jays didn’t fix their offensive woes this year and the team looks lost at the plate. They get on base but can’t get a hit. NY gets grand slams and three run homers. They have the boppers, the Jays have slumpers. Another area of concern is their starting pitching. Berrios and Kikuchi are the only ones playing good. Monoah looks like another one year wonder just like Ricky Romero. If I were the Jays, bring back Belt and look for any offensive player that can hit over .200. The guys they have now can’t climb over .150. What a waste. By the way, I wrote this comment after Sunday’s 8-3 loss vs Yankees.

If Soto hits the Yankees win, Aaron judge is going to have a great year, Soto gets a lot of walks and what happens after that, the pitcher usually throws fast balls right in the middle to get strikes and Judge loves it.

Dang people always said being a MLB hitter is hard but if I knew I could just go touch the catchers glove after the pitcher has blown it by me and get an instant pass to first, then I could’ve been playing in the big leagues a long time ago
