In my early twenties I decided to meditate with crystals just for fun. My collection wasn't that big. It was mostly tumbled stones. After two years of meditating with them pretty regularly, I has the shock of my life when I triggered a kundalini awakening. A friend from college had to spell it out for me when I explained what had happened during meditation (a burning sensation climbing up from the bottom to the top of my spine.) I remember that the two crystals in my limited collection which had the greatest and most tangible effect were blue kyanite and golden rutilated quartz. It used to feel like my energy was buzzing and vibrating from the hand which held blue kyanite. Sometimes it was a bit incomfortable, as if all my energy bodies were being pinned together on the spot (where it was being held.) Blue kyanite is powerful!

Love this video and your longer ones, would really appreciate some longer form educational videos and maybe with advice on novel ways to use them or what to pair them with for different results energetically! Also a video on people who respond to energy healings and crystal healings but can't contain or maintain the energy boost would be amazing. I respond so well to treatments but within 7-10 days I'm exhausted and in pain again, trying to figure out why I burn through energy so quickly and tire so easily! Someone told me it's my crown chakra constantly channelling and burning me out. Could that be possible? If you do a Q&A video please add my question to it as I know you probably cannot respond to individual comments. Peace, you were so made for this work! Your gifts are appreciated.

Blue kyanite has become a favorite of mine. I was attracted by its rich blues, so I bought a pretty gemmy blue kyanite bracelet. What I've noticed is that my memory is better (I have COVID brain and my memory got worse after now three bouts of it), and my intuition is getting sharper (noticed this when I would play Worldle) when I'm wearing it. I almost never leave home without wearing my blue kyanite bracelet. I also bought one of your gemmy blue kyanite tumbled stone that I have with my favorite crystals in my heart shape selenite bowl.

Hi, I recently bought a Herkimer diamond and as soon as I held it I couldn't stop smiling for a long time, and I have no idea why. I've also noticed that I can't fall asleep if I have it near my bed, but if I do, my dreams get really cool. Anyway, I was wondering if you were interested in doing a video about it anytime soon. I value your expertise and I think your ability to sense energy is better than mine, so I'd love to hear your personal insights

I think that blue kyanite was probably my first crystal that started it all for me too. Just a small, polished piece in a pendant. It was life changing, and the jumping off point for my journey with crystals. ❤
