Indeed, blue light plays a significant role in regulating our circadian rhythms. Exposure to blue light during evening hours can suppress melatonin production, thus impeding our ability to fall asleep and potentially disrupting sleep patterns.
*Do Blue Light Blockers Work*
Blue light blocking glasses are designed to filter out blue light. However, current research does not conclusively support their effectiveness in preventing eye strain or improving sleep quality. It is suggested that managing screen time and taking regular breaks may be more beneficial.
