I am so glad I found this wonderful flower. I have never had more peace of mind in my entire life. I have mild schizophrenia, mania, and bpd. This plant has alleviated just about all of these ailments for me. On a regular basis. The profound part for me is that I don't need recurring dosage. I just do it once or twice a week - and the effect keeps me leveled out.

Since a few weeks I've been wanting to work with blue lotus and I thought I'll learn about it before getting. I had a dream today and woke up and the words blue lotus flower popped in my head. I was reading about starseeds yesterday. I then stumbled upon your unicorn video and the crystal apophyllite popped into my head. One of my favourites is my clear apophyllite cluster and it sits perfectly in my hand as a meditation piece and it oddly has a heart shape to it. I find it really helpful for connecting to my spirit guides. I let my guides/Angel's know if they want me to know anything they have permission to step in and I'll be receptive to that guidance. I love it when things just link together in an organic way.

I will take you tip and anoiting the right wrist, third eye and crown with Blue Lotus and Rose on the heart. I used Frankincense on the soles. You're so informative and knowledgeable. I enjoyed this video, thank you. I make Blue Lotus Oil and use it a a lot of the ways you mention. It truly is an ascension oil. The first time I bought my flowers to make the oil, when I first smelled it it was actually a very emotional experience for me. I remembered the smell from an ancient life I had in Egypt. I carry mine with me and put it on my third eye through out the day and my wrists. I also drink Blue Lotus tea as well. :)

Hi Adam, I got my Blue lotus today on the 4th of May 2024 I’m thinking Blue Tigers eye, herkamere Diamoand lamerian wand and essential oils of cedarwood lavender, or Yang Yang, obviously for different methods same with the crystal gemstones. I also do energy healing only had it 10 minutes and it’s amazing already think I will be putting it with my gold frankincense and myrrh with ylang ulang much appreciated for your videos. Apologies about the spellings. I dictate my iMessages as I am totally blind sending healing and peace.
So tempted to get the doTERRA precious flower set just for this oil. With magnolia, rose, jasmine and neroli it would be great to work with. Only floral oil I've worked with is lavender so hopefully I resonate with them.

I wouldn't mix it with another highly floral / top note oil, on the contrary, put something dark and earthy/leathery, like Tobacco leaf oil. Such a wonderful combination. Also add a fixative, something waxy that will keep that fragrance lingering for a long time- my favorite being tonka bean oil.

I have had problems in the groin area. 2019 I had a very serious hernia on my left side of groin and the large scar still limits physical activity and range of motion to a degree. In addition I have had a hydrocele on my right groin area for a year and is not as bad as it was but has been taking it's time to go away. I'm looking for some essential oils to put on my groin area for healing. I thought blue lotus may help but maybe there's some others I should use instead of in addition to blue lotus. Please let me know your expert opinion. Thank you.
