@@MrMittens1974she recovered from that surgery and they made more albums. They’ve released a lot of new music in the past couple of years and just did a new version of I Feel Love a few days ago.
I love Annette, such a shame she had to stop singing, she had a great voice and she always looked so happy wherever she was, when you watch her perform you can tell that’s not an act, she is just a beautiful person. She is a very special lady
@@fanthomans2 Yes I looked it up after I read your comment, I had thought they had stopped altogether but so glad I was wrong!! I had been keeping an eye on their social media pages on and off for ages but they hadn't been updated for ages so i was starting to think they were no more. And i LOVE the new material!
Venus Hum is actually the entire band, performing this song together with the Blue Man Group. The name of the singer is Annette Strean. This cover, which was also released as a single, is actually their most famous performance. World wide anyway.
Absolutely amazing, I would like to see this live, stunning, when can I get 4 vip passes to see the 2022 tour in Lakeland FL march the 14 the? Absolutely amazing, yes
Annette Strean is the lead singer of Venus Hum. A pun on the lead guitarist's heart condition .. Venous Hum. Venus Hum (the band) backed the Blue Men in Vegas for their shows
No comment. Going to research this. In my opinion, BMG has NEVER been the same without Venus AND THEIR LIVE BAND. I've been searching for her without stalking since 2017. Bucket list is for her/them to play at my 60th bday or funeral if I don't make it. The "I Feel Love" song/remix of Donna Summers hit would be just fine on a screen with proper sound system, but ya all know the difference with a live band, lit up rainbow dress, etc. Ya all laugh all you want as such a thing far from my budget, but I stopped dreaming until now. Anyhow. Just saw write up. Looks like it was 2004. VENUS. HOW YA DOING? Thank you for that performance in Official BMG video. THE BLUE MEN, YOU, & THE LIVE BAND saved me for decades. 😊
I'm a big prog rock guy and normally get a bit cringey about covers. I was a teen when the original came out. It's spectacular. Better than the original. Blondie in their prime would not have done it better. Out of this world. love it.
