I can do better than that! My first visit would have been around 1946. My mother was terrified of heights but took my sister and I on it so we could have the experience. My most recent visit was a couple of years ago.

The Scenic Railway has a long and colourful history dating back to the 1800s coal mining era, but at 52 degrees it still stands as the steepest passenger railway in the world with a whopping 128 per cent incline.
