I mean it isnt a perfect system, but for the better part of the last decade it has mostly been compliant... Mostly. 😅 But as for nightmares dude no i literally said "yeah so like whats the point of nightmares? ... Oh? It is also just the brain processing stuff? Oh so i just gotta process it different? Ok lets do that." I dont get nightmares no more.... Haven't for well over a decade cause my nightmares as a kid were idk scary? Idk cause its a nightmare? Like...?????? 😅😂😂😂😂😂😂
my doctor has run a ton of tests on my ear to figure out why I'm hearing a wind sound. But the results say nothing is wrong and this sound is driving me nuts. I've been dealing with it since April after a surgery I had. So he said maybe listening to pink and blue noise might help. At this point I will try anything. :)
I had the same thing going on with me. I looked it up and it was a certain type of tinnitus that was caused by my medication that my dr prescribed for ADD
@@baileyharvey5155 My doctor thinks it’s because of my last surgery I had. Which was brain surgery 3rd one. With this one they had detach my jaw muscle.
I have alot of mental health problems, and going outside on a lukewarm day and just feeling wind blowing against me while its sunny feels amazing and this sound reminds me of it❤
