This dessert is a very light and delicious dessert 👌
Believe me, you will forget how many spoons you eat. ☺️
MATERIALS:
For the custard;
⭐️After Cooking Custard It needs to cool for at least half an hour. After that, we will add the orange sauce that we will prepare.
- 1 liter milk
- 1 glass of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of Blue poppy
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of butter (to be added just before taking it off the stove)
For the orange sauce;
- 2 glasses of fresh orange juice (squeeze with a hand stinger because it should be pulp-free)
- 2 tablespoons of starch
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
⭐️Note: Orange sauce will be added to the cooled pudding while it is hot.
FABRICATION ;
Add 1 liter of milk to a suitable pot.
Add all the other ingredients except the butter and whisk in your hands until smooth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil.
After boiling, continue to cook for two more minutes on low heat, stirring.
Add the butter.
Keep stirring until the butter melts.
Once the butter has melted, take it off the heat.
As soon as you take it off the stove, immediately fill the bowls with one finger space above each.
Let it cool for half an hour.
Add sugar and starch to the orange sauce and cook, stirring constantly.
Cook for a minute after boiling.
Pour it over the custard that has cooled down with the heat.
After it cools, put it in the refrigerator.
You can decorate it as you wish.
I garnished with an orange slice and mint.
