That's the most likely outcome. However, do also consider that each potion begins with an interesting letter of the alphabet. So far, we have E, B, R, and G. Possibly O as well, since the orange potion doesn't repeat the same letter twice like the others do. Might spell 'EMBARGO'? As a joke reference to the fact that the potions form a barrier to our progress in this quest? :) Of course, also note how the potions all talk about reviving something dead. We even have electricity in the mix now. Almost feels like a Frankenstein's monster type of thing - maybe we'll need to bring Lightning McQueen back to life? Or it's just as simple as needing to revive the Forgotten Lands, or the pumpkin house within in. Perhaps at some point, the player or a key character dies and we need these potions to revive them.
