Yes just to the west side of the tracks there is parking all along the street and I’m not 100% sure all of it is free but I don’t remember seeing signs or parking meters!

Yes the parking spots are literally just over the tracks so maybe 100 feet away at most? I think the website said to be there 15 min before. But I would suggest earlier because there were no assigned seats so if you want more choices where to sit make it there earlier 😊
