Enjoy this blueberry cheesecake recipe!
Shortbread Crust:
2 sticks butter
1 ½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Filling:
Cream together:
2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
Then add:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blueberry Topping:
1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
Bake shortbread crust at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then pour cream cheese mixture and bake for another 25 minutes. Let it cool. Then add blueberry pie filling on top. Enjoy!
