According to the Nation Sleep Foundation, the ideal sleep duration for an adult is 7-9 hours each night ( pubmed.ncbi.nl... ).
Using this as my guide, I have decided to create a range of 10 hour sleep animations - to cover all those people who sleep for less than the recommended time, as well as those who sleep slightly longer.
In this hand-crafted animation, I have taken my own creation, Blueberry Noise, added some extra natural sounds to match the animation (pouring, squeezing, etc) and put it in a darkened animation, to help get you sleep strugglers... Sound Asleep. Enjoy!
