BLUEBERRY TORTE re release 

This Blueberry Torte is one of my favorites. You can use apples or strawberries instead of blueberries.
Here is what you will need:
2 large eggs at room temperature
A generous 1/2 cup of granulated sugar (5oz)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Zest from one lemon
2 oz. of butter, softened
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of Anna's "00" flour (available at better grocery stores)
1/8 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of Greek Yogurt
Fresh blueberries
Confectioner's sugar
Cinnamon
I used a torte/tarte pan that had been greased with butter. You can use a spring pan lined with parchment paper.
Preheat your oven to 350.
This torte needs to cook for 45 minutes, then cool prior to removing it from the pan.
I store mine in the refrigerator due to our humid climate in the South. This tempting dessert serves 8.
