This most delicious and easiest Blueberry Yogurt Cake made without sugar, oil, or even flour! You only need 3 minutes and 4 ingredients to prepare it. It tastes creamy and fruity!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups (400g) sweetened yogurt
4 eggs
4Tbsp (40 g) cornstarch
1/2 cup (70g) blueberries
Optional:
20 blueberries for toppings
(340F/170C) Bake 50-55minutes
Notes:
* This cake tastes best when it is cold.
* Because I used sweetened yogurt, I didn't add sugar in this recipe. If you use unsweetened yogurt, you need to add some sugar in it.

Just tried it. It's not a cake. Too eggy and yogurt taste overpowered by blueberries. Somewhere between a wierd pancake mix and a cheesecake lite. Nope, never again.....but I learnt a lot about the reasons cakes are cakes. Realistically, blueberries in yogurt is far better imo.

People are insane, imagine making something with yoghurt, eggs and blueberries..... and then finding out it tastes like yoghurt, eggs and bluberries! And then people have the hide to complain.

Add vanilla extract and cream cheese to perk it up and refrigerate it first before eating. It tastes better cold. You can also use flavored yogurt like honey vanilla yogurt
