Used to catch Bluebird from Naracoorte to Adelaide back in early 70’s to stay with my Grandmother. Can still remember smell of the little wax paper cups at the drinking fountain on the train.
1980's on a bluebird, about 20klm out of Mt Gambier, train went thru a flock of sheep on the tracks. Rather traumatising for a young lad. Even worse for the sheep.
From Michigan USA . I enjoyed the video but it went out of focus part way through. I have ridden the Budd RDC cars on the Reading Rail Road when I lived in Pennsylvania .

@VoyagersType hey mate yes I do ill dig out the photo. I organised a trip with 3 X 3000 class cars to the barossa under the stars concert for 350 guests when I worked for STA years ago.
