+live2sled I dont know anything about snowmobiling but is it common to find snow like this? I'm assuming it's as rare as a perfect powder day skiing? I have to try this. I live in Washington so there has to be some amazing locations, what are the best spots to do it at? Im so fucking jealous right now.
+boomshizzIe it's actually not that rare at all. Where we live in BC most days there is some amount of fresh powder, ranging anywhere from a foot to 5 feet.. It's a little more rare to hit a sunny powder day, but this year we have had tones of both.. If you ever ride a snowmobile in the BC backcountry you will be seriously bored going back to a ski resort for the rest of your life
First track is called "bad wings" by the glitch mob. If u like that song u should also check out "Animus vox" aslo by the glitch mob. Super amazing vid!!! Looked like paradise!
To be honest, its a 2 stoke. They love to be revved high and kept there, some days I ride almost all day with it wide open and I have never blown up an engine. The key is to make sure its running right so that it won't grenade on days like this
I loved this and would like to do myself some day but I am wondering what if you are in a ditch as you do not know in snow where you are Can you please guide! Thanks
where in bc are you? I also live in bc I am right by hunters range which is amazing. also Nelson mountain and about am hour away is revelstoke so where I live isn't short on amazing sledding. I'm assuming you're around my area within an hour or two.
To be honest yes it is hard on the engine. yeah yeah i understand two strokes are made to be run wide open.. there still becomes a point wear you will need to rebuild your engine and after a tough ass day riding in the fucking snow your engine took a beating. Looks beautiful though. Wish i could shred that
