If you would lose an item not received case because Bluecare Express and Aquiline are not on the list of eBay integrated carriers, how would you win an item not received case with Qtrack when Qtrack is not on the list of eBay integrated carriers either?

The solution to Aquiline/Bluecare Express alternatives is QTrack. While it’s not listed as eBay’s supported carriers, we use 17track.net for the QTrack tracking events, and eBay allows that for winning ‘item not received’ cases. Also, AutoDS will soon have the option to convert only Amazon shipping carriers to QTrack, so we can keep our ‘UPS/USPS/Fedex’ supported tracking numbers (instead of converting them all to QTrack). Last but not least, we always recommend working with multiple suppliers! Today, you have the option to work with private suppliers with customizable branding. Ebay doesn’t support Qtrack, and this is a significant issue, not a minor one as you suggested. Our tracking number ratings are declining because of this, and our store could eventually face suspension. This is not an acceptable solution. You need to put in more effort to find a viable fix.

@@AutoDS That even won't work since the Amazon tracking numbers converted to QTrack will be shown as Not DELIVERED on eBay. And Amazon usually has like 70% orders doing TBA trackings.

Hi DS, nice attempt to show us you have the solution but apparently this isn't one. Even if this can help us to win the "item not receive" case, Qtrack is still not included in the eBay integrated list of carriers. And this is a MAJOR problem because our seller score will be MASSIVELY affected, eventually effecting the visibility of our listings. I'm not sure why you make it sound as though it isn't a real problem lol - you know exactly the pain point of dropshippers... Anyways, your video headline is misleading, this is not at all "AMAZON TRACKING SOLUTION" should be something like "Interim Steps To Take While We Try To Find A New Solution Or Something" Just a thought: Is there not a solution platform that can convert AMZL tracking number to UPS/USPS tracking or something? I had the impression that Bluecare has the technology to do that...

There needs to be an option to manually convert TBA to Qtrack as well. A lot of time Autods does not automatically convert or upload my tracking numbers.

eBay accepts Amazon logistics TBA but not TBD. The only issue is it doesn’t seem to update tracking detail events on eBay with TBA. I’m wondering why Amazon TBA is an eBay integrated shipping partner but it doesn’t update on eBay.

How come eBay mentioned that Amazon Logistics is now a Trackable Services supported for tracking numbers beginning with TBA. Why do we need to convert? Note that I chatted with ebay and this is what they gave me "Thanks for patiently waiting, upon carefully checking the reason why eBay wont show details for TBA tracking is due to its a logistic service by Amazon. We do allow seller to use it however due to eBay and Amazon are competitors, eBay cant ask directly for details from Amazon."

you talk about the downside of qtrack but you didin't say a word why people will loose their top seller status, well let me say its because your item will not be seen as delivered on on Ebay only will show shipped and thats more than a downside it sucks.

As I understand it there are 3 issues: 1) converting Amazon TNs via a new 'carrier' that eBay accepts (no longer BCE or Alquiline TNs) 2) that the same service provides zipcode masquerade so our accounts are not flagged as shipping from different locations and 3) the ability for us to do this independently from having to use AutoDS paid fulfillment services. So What's the solution to all 3?

The only solution I see is to stop Amazon to eBay dropshipping and use Walmart/other suppliers, with this solution eventually shipping metrics will fall leading to account suspension

ebay approved Amazon usa logistics and no need to convert any number but problem is why Amazon TBA is an eBay integrated shipping partner but it doesn’t update on eBay.?all drop shippers must complain to ebay. Hello. Just opened up my store a few weeks ago. I have auto DS. Didnt know about ebays new update until recently. So when the orders come in I take the TN from amazon then i converted it to Blue Care. Then i converted the Blue Care TN on 17track. Sent the buyer a message to the link where they can track the package on 17track. Now what TN do I upload onto ebay is where im lost at. You mentioned using "other" as a carrier.? Once i label it shipped on ebay it will just stay shipped forever? lol

Here's what I don't understand. Can we enter this code into the system? If we do, will our orders be delivered? Or will this only be given to the customer or ebay when the INR case is opened. There are so many question marks. It doesn't seem like a real solution

Hello! You need to opt in for AutoDS’ automatic orders/Fulfilled By AutoDS service. Then, you’ll be able to convert tracking numbers to QTrack in the settings. This will be done automatically by the system and your orders will be updated accordingly. Just a heads up that even though QTrack numbers do not show events on eBay, they can be checked on websites like 17Track to prove that packages were delivered. That's why sellers with ‘item not received’ cases can still win the case. Good luck!

maybe the order you tracked was a bad example. it says "delivered to addressee" but what if the driver left the package in the garden, with a neighbour, in the garage etc...if amazons tracking says "left with neighbour at 47", does this show on the q track page??

I don’t want to do that it’s too much hussle to add every Amazon account, why can’t you do something like BCE or tracker bot ? Tracker bot enables to manually paste tracking link from any Amazon account and convert it to BCE (don’t need to sync and link the Amazon accounts with tracker bot) I need this solution because I’m using many accounts , until you create manual way that works same way I’m going to keep using trackerbot.

Hi there! Though QTrack numbers do not show events on eBay - they can be checked in 17Track to prove that packages were delivered that's why sellers can still win ‘item not received’ cases. please don't mislead others, all along till date, eBay cannot do that because it's not in their approved list of carriers. Even if it can, it won't help us in our sellers' ratings.
