video about three day visit from my friends from sweden. In numbers: we hook up with 7 fish, lost 1, release 6 and somehow we manage to have most of them on camera :)
--- all the fish were unhooked in the water and did not get on the boat (out of the water) in any moment, or suffered any major injury other than the hookup. ----

Koji ludi video eeee, fora totalna, premocne su ove role i stapovi, ne mogu ocijenit kolika je bila ona tuna koju ste pustili odma 1.dan? Sva videa su ti top ali ovaj mi je zasad najdrazi, najdinamičniji 😁

Excellent video. Great job capturing all the hook ups and releasing the fish, if only more species in Croatia were caught and released. We would spend more time enjoying the fight and less time searching. Looking foward to the next part 😁

Borna Jurašić true to that !! :) thanks man....we release all of our fish, big and small. next part will be little bit shorter but still fun, we also have bite on the tape...

Nice video, i have a few questions. What is the rod setup you’re using. Like, what type of braid and leader (so the strength) and what type of lures. What braid to leader knot do you use?

Is that a Penn Conflict? If it is that is one hell of a testimonial to that reel. I would have never believed that reel was capable of catching a bluefin tuna. Usually you see Stellas and Saltigas doing this kind of work.

Funny but is truth. :) Ofc we hawe stelas (you can see it on some other episodes) also but that pen is doing the job....i dont know for how long it's gonna last but its quite good for now i must say

Congratulations to that nice video! Just had some time now to check it out and it was a pleasure to watch! I am actually wondering because you do it really different than me. I mean I prefer WTD stickbaits so retrieve is way slower and best thing on planet are poppers anyways. Have to try this fast retrieve with some lures meant for it. Also the frenzies you got there are also not that concentrated but still catch fish, very nice. But tell me, what kind of fishing is this where you leave the house when its sunny and light, looks like they even got breakfast before fishing :D

ofc first we go and take some breakfast, then gas than beer than we go...what bait we use and what kind of retrieve is depending on the weather/water conditions, and time of year, as you can se our frenzies are small an short so you better know what you are doing....I'M GLAD YOU LIKE THE VIDEO, THX :)

I know those frenzies. They tend to eat really small fish here in spring time and then its sometimes really hard. Lots of casts... Its not real fishing when you had breakfast before :D Real fishing is leave the house in the dark ;)

@@jimyjoegingerale Bro, this is not my gear and that was no problem cause that was not full drag... if you caught tuna once than you know that you dont put full drag o the fish on the first run...or untill you dont hawe it under the boat. On the top of all there is fact that not everybody can handle the full drag exspecialy if they are fishing for fish like this once in a year or two. What I use is shimano stella and there is no discussion about that real...BUT, this reals on the video we're doing great job anyway. ✌

@@eFISHent seriously!please,check the video at 15:15!that gentleman pull the line with basically no force,it's like how u store ur reel at home,with "no drag force" on it,really!

There is no reason for bad language, you just dont know enough to speak about what and how we do. You can see on the video that every fish was good enough to svim away with no problem that is because every fish is released 15-20 min after the bite....we caught all together well ower 100 fish and we didnt kill one, thank you for your advice anyway.

Which port to you fish from ? Are the regulations for bluefin strictly catch and release, or is there a time you can bring them home ?

We fish whole peninsula depend where the fish are.... You can take the fish during the summer but you need to have sport quota which is around 5000€/500kg

Zasto ih hvatate ako ih ponovo pustate?Samo mucite jadne zivotinje :((( Ako je za hranu ,kad se riba ulovi treba je brzo ubiti a ne da se muci.Ovo je zivo mrcvarenje jadnih zivotinja.

Ova vrsta ribe su jako ugrožene i dobro ju čine sto je vraćaju. Kako vidjete, riba preživi i ovo su jako oprezni da ju ne muče puno. Sve ribe ću nestat ako se ne vracaju
