Bluetooth connected but no sound Fix 

Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for your video. My beats were a gift to me from my son and I cherish them because they are fron him. Yesterday all of a sudden there was no sound. They have always had minimal sound but now there was none. I was heartbroken. I spent hours today watching videos on how to reset them. Nothing worked. I would hear them make the noise when they connected to the phone but nothing else. Then I found your video and within 2:13 minutes my problem was solved. I never knew there were volume control buttons! Apparently I've been listening on low volume from day one and somehow yesterday I turned them all the way down. Now I'm enjoying them more than ever cause I have more volume. It's like they're brand new! Thank you thank you. 😊

What's crazy is that I was watching this video with my non working earphones and in the middle they began to work without me doing anything.

LOL, this solved it for me! Turned out I had simply turned the volume down on my BT hearing protection! This has been bugging me for months, because the radio in them have worked fine, as has speaking on the phone. I didn't know they had a separate volume setting for media/music. Thank you!

The last option was the one to work with my Bose 700 headphones. So if you have the same problem which is that your headphones are connected to your device but the sound is still not coming from the headphones that do what he said. Thank you for the very informative video and stay healthy everyone

I have been trying to get bluetooth sound out of my Pioneer Receiver for almost a week now. I literally started watching this video and 1:20 into this video the sound magically started working again LMAO. I didnt even get fully into the video and just watching this fixed my issue. Thanks man, I just looked back at the manual and apparently the next and previous button is the same one used for volume control, I was loosing my mind over this because I thought I'd broken something on accident. I tried a lot of method but actually it's just a questionable design choice that caused my headphones not to function.

Oh great, I searched for a fix as I had no media audio, as soon as I start watching this, I heard no audio so I hit volume up on the phone, turns out the Bluetooth audio level was turned all the way down. So thanks I guess lol

Thanks Ricardo. I think my problem must be with my Sony car radio 😩. Both phone & car no longer acknowledge each other. Not sure if the car is telling me I need to upgrade or the phone is telling me to upgrade. Either way, they’re no longer getting along! I wish they’d be friends. 😞

If your watching this for an amazon echo, just unplug your the device and reconnect power, if that does not work, hold the dot symbol and open the Alexa app

If this doesn't work for you because it didnt for me try pressing all 3 buttons at once and if you hear loud beeps keep going then turn them off and back on and that worked for me 😊

Hope you're first approach will solve my problem for the long term. The short term solution I currently use is; 1. unpair device, 2. turn bluetooth off and on 3. pair the device again. (if I skip step 2 the issue will persist) Thank you for the video!

i guess this is a long shot, but I tried many many fixes, yet I bumped into no solution for my problem. Namely, my bluetooth speaker connects to my phone, and doesn't play music or any media in general. Calls work fine, commands (play, pause, next, previous song) work fine, but it won't raise or lower the volume, nor play sound. My phone is a xiaomi redmi note 7. My dad has note 8 and it works fine on his device. I tried resetting the network settings, perms, re-pairing the device, resetting the device itself, nothing helped. Also, other speakers like the sony xb 01 work fine on my phone. I dont know how to solve this and its driving me nuts.
