If it doesn't work, you need to reset keyboard to factory settings. Press (FN + Space) for 3 seconds (until the keyboard flashes). You can try it again now.
can you help me???? my keyboard is the newer version which only has 3 device slots and when I connect it to any device only the tab key will light up in white. I tried switching it off bluetooth mode, but then the keyboard just… turns off bluetooth lmao I tried searching and reading the manual but couldn’t find anything about this, I’m so sad :(
En el modo Bluetooth la iluminación RGB viene por defecto inactiva, para solucionar eso, lo que tienes que hacer es que después de conectarlo por Bluetooth presionas FN+X y así se activa la luz normalmente
