My Bluetti EB70S stopped working on the first day I had it. It shut off when I plugged the first item into it. I have messaged Bluetti and am waiting to see how I can return this.
I contacted customer service and received a response within five days. I was asked to reset the unit. I have two other videos showing my attempts at that. They were not successful. I was ultimately given a refund after sending it back.
Using the ac charging cord leave it plugged in and turned on then open the unit up . The screws are hidden under the rubber feet pads. Unplug the battery management system ( it’s marketed bms on the circuit board and it will reset and start charging again.
this things should have a reset button. all of them. on the other hand this here is a reason one can buy a refurbished one for less. it makes it affordable to a lot of people. i bought a refurbished and and happy with it, but if this happens to me under warranty i would and try and get them to allow me to open up the thing, disconnect from power source (battery) and push the on button to drain the capacitors ( correct way to reset it). all in all... bluetti is a very good company name. hiccups happen to everyone. im sorry some have bad luck at start otherwise they would be mighty pleased with it.
Hey, my friend. Please try removing the load, and restarting it to see if the SHORT sign can be cleared and reused. Then, load other devices to try to see if they can be used normally again. If it cannot return to normal, please press and hold the three buttons on the panel (AC and two DCs) at the same time. If there is a fault code, it is necessary to return the product.
Unfortunately, that was the case with mine. Customer Service sent me that procedure and it did not work. I have a second video showing the procedure of holding the three buttons down to reset. The “short” message never went away and I returned my unit.
Does it have any output at any of the outlets? My AC50 only lost the AC part. The DC outputs all worked. When Customer Service replies to you, they will ask you a bunch of questions. Once I replied back to them, I got replies from them within a day.

I purchased two. They were an EB70 and AC50. Both of them failed. So, I did not have good luck with them. I currently have the AC50 and received a replacement. It is still working without failure.
