In this video I review the Bluetti EP800 after having it run continuously for over 90 days. The Bluetti EP800 and EP900 have built in charge controllers, battery storage, and is a split phase 120v/240v inverter. The EP800 and EP900 installs easily and can run your whole homes energy needs up to 7,600 running watts.
The EP800 is a solid choice for you to lower your energy bill, go completely off grid, or use it for whole-home backup power.

Hi, I just learned more from you than I've learned from Bluetti in the past 2 years after my purchase of their AC300. I'm in a cabin and do have a woodstove if the power goes down, which does happen occasionally here in the Oregon forest. I bought the Bluetti AC300 (which has a built in 3000 watt inverter) and two B300 batteries (total 7044 watt hours). The problem is I installed twelve 100 watt Thunderbolt Harbor Freight panels (four of them on my roof) which aren't charging my unit. The first year the 12 panels charged 300 watts, the second year they charged 200 watts and this year they are charging 15 watts in full sun. So last year I bought seven PV200 watt portable panels from Bluetti which *do* charge my unit but they're not suppose to be used in the rain - it rains 9 months of the year here in Oregon. Bluetti tells me they only sell portable panels and don't sell outdoor panels. I'm having a hard time getting information from them about what permanent outdoor panels will charge my Bluetti AC300. Can you help? Thanks so much!!!

What happened to your EG4 18KPV install & test? Looked at all UR vid's and don't see it. If you're not going to use yours, send it to me, please.

Lol, I know. I’ve been so busy it’s ridiculous. And I’m going to need to shut off the power to swap it out which means shutting down the whole water system on my property for a full day to get it hooked up. And I have a short term rental also hooked up to the water system that my Sol-Ark powers. So I’ve not only been busy but dreading shutting the water system down to 5 houses while I swap it out. I’ll get to it. I just need a bit more time. I also want to do an update on my existing system with the Sol-Ark now that it’s been running nearly a year. I’ll put that video out in a few weeks. Then I’m making the plan to swap it out with the 18k PV. Sorry for the delay.

On your pv2 how many amps do your panels input. It looks like that input can handle 25 amps but before I connect more than 12.5 amps I wanted a second opinion. I tried to call Bluetti EP support and I just get an answering machine for two days now. 😢

@@WTDealyes 12.5 amps max on the top MPPT and 25 amps max on the bottom mppt.

@@unpluggedtexan thank you for the answer, you can’t believe how frustrating it is to not be able to get a simple clarification from them.
