Bluffton, Ohio: the Swiss 

Swiss immigrants arriving in the mid to late 19th century played a huge role in the development and growth of Bluffton. The Schumacher family, especially, contributed quite a bit in the form of many descendants. Here's a look at the original Schumacher homestead with some of the few remaining Bernese German language speakers in town giving a sample of what it sounds like.
