Hello If I cut the back and the bottom from my material . . . what distance I should use from the side of the drawer? Because it doesn t slide correctly. . .
The system does not work when the drawer is full. Doesn't seem to have enough force to close the drawer. Is there an adjustment to increase the closing force?
