@@stitchgrimly6167 Albarn is taking about people looking at their phones instead of giving their attention the act on stage performing. I don’t know if you’ve been to a gig, but when people film gigs on their phones they are never looking at the performers, they are looking at their phone screen to make sure they’re filming it correctly.
this sounds like a cliche but Blur is the soundtrack of our lives for us who were born in the 70s, we've gone through adulthood hand in hand, and what's more for us expats they just epitomise being English
Agreed, i managed to find tickets for a tenner at a small independent cinema. It just proves that supporting small and local rather than a big chain is so much better!
Modern life is rubbish is the best album by far, leisure is second best, the rest just have a few great songs each. Fame took away their clean and meaningful sound, only to reappear in the midst of their drunken haze rarely.
Lol What a lot of crap😂 the only decent statement there is mlir being the best album. Most blur albums are great, the ones that arent, still are pretty good.
