I did Ken and I put almost all in my Amazon account. My point is you left out Breakdown and I thought 🤔 one more. Bitten also takes you to a weird site. I looked that one up on Amazon. $36😮

The best part is 25:40 where you pretend you're struggling to find an Arrow film you haven't seen as you casually avoid all your big box sets😂. You probably have around 70 unwatched Arrow movies just between all your Giallo sets, William Grefé box, Claude Chabrol sets, Lukas Moodysson set, Shawscope stuff, Coffin joe box, Diamajin, box, and the Martino box. "I've seen most of those Arrow titles." Pretty hilarious cappin' if I've ever seen it 🤣

His pronunciation was adorable. Never seen a movie she was in but my grandparents had a big book about old movies when I was growing up and I lived in that book every time I was at their house. I will admit that I don’t always sound names out well. I thought Hermione was Her-me-oh-nee when I read the first Potter book . The movie made more sense. 😂

Ken, can you explain your shelf set-up please? How many units do you have? They don’t look uniform, am I right in thinking your regular A-Z blus are on a different kind of unit to your boutique labels? Could you put some links for the shelves here, please? Is that the entire collection behind you? Thanks, great idea for a series. My collection is in the office but the watch pile is in the bedroom. I won’t move onto another disc till all extras are watched and booklets read.

I recently got Arrow’s Bruce Lee at Golden Harvest set. I was planning on watching the features only but the extras are so fascinating, I’m going through all of those also. I’m only on the third of 10 discs. I want to watch all of that before moving onto the “Games of Clones” Bruceploitation set Which is another 8 discs.

Ken, another great idea is to challenge your viewers (along with yourself) to watch a particular film every week (if they have it). Then afterward, open a discussion about the movie!

In the 2000s through early 2010s I built up a physical media collection of up to maybe 500 movies or so. Started getting rid of most of it around 2014. The past year or two I’ve started rebuilding it and now every time I add something to my collection, it goes in a spreadsheet that has a column for whether I’ve seen it or not. Sort by that and it definitely helps me to keep my not-watched list low. It’s absolutely a pain if you have a big collection already, but if someone is just starting out I’d recommend it

@midlevelmedia we all deal with this. I have a collection of 1,500 movies. I watch all of them but there is always 15-30 In the back log . My collection was 3k at one time but I purged hard and feel good about it! We all love movies!

I hope you have better luck than I did with Hell Comes to Frogtown. I tried watching it on Tubi but turned it off after about an hour or so as I was thoroughly bored.

I'm doing a Criterion backlog challenge myself and since 4/14, I've watched 28 films. Just watched De Palma's Sisters from Criterion 3 days ago, loved it and found a copy of Obsession on EBay with a slipcover to see later.

What type of box is that on Cemetary Man Ken? Is it a hardbox or a thin type slip? I bought the Covenant 4k last month and was extremely disappointed at how cheap the slip was at like $55 for that release.

I have the IMPRINT release of "Breakdown" 4K scan blu ray I love that movie If Paramount ever does the 4K treatment I'd double dip for sure but not for another blu ray

Hi Ken, Heres what i have been watching some were recomendations, The island, Thomas crown affair (Slow compared to the remake of 1999) Dont Breathe , very good, Turbulence, Pretty Woman, Theres Something About Mary, Dark Skies, Night of the Comet, Silence of the Lambs 4k us import, High Plains Drifter 4k us import,Hard Boiled, The Replacement Killers and Bound on blu-ray, Still have to see Abyss, Face/Off and Gemini Man and Starship troopers on 4k, Naked Gun 4k which i got in January .

I thought about the same for As Above, So Below. Really cool visuals and it has a great introduction to the story. I guess I was kind of expecting it to be more realistic, and not have so much emphasis on supernatural stuff. And it was good, but I don't love it like I love REC 1&2 or Blair Witch Project

As far as Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and 2 Days In The Valley, I do like those movies a little more than you do. I do respect that you like them both still. Breakdown, is a masterpiece in my opinion. Although, I am biased towards Kurt Russell because he is in my top favorite actors of all time. As far as Hell Comes To Frogtown, like it a lot, it’s a lot of fun BUT, the pacing is weird in parts. Overall, I think you’ll enjoy and have a good time with it. You should definitely make the wife watch that one with you, I want to know her opinion.

Of the big three Monty Python movies, the Meaning of Life is weaker than the other two (MP and the Holy Grail and Life of Brian) as it's quite uneven - some sketches are much funnier than others. IMHO, the highlights are some of the musical numbers.

u might get a Shock. I discovered viewing Valerian film 4k, half way in ..🥶.Freeze🤔 Disk freezes, skips, error is ultrafrustrating....and it too late to return. Keeps cost in check and under control. i spent $ on garbage CGI steelbooks 😮Avatar, Andor snooze 😴 waste of money. I should have got Frankenhooker, Hell Comes Frogtown... definitely my type 🎥😂. Cant believe u got "Blood Suckin Freaks" that one messed me up

Ken your list was all over the place. It wasn't in the order you presented on TV and you left out for sure Breakdown, but I kinda felt like maybe one more. I put all the movies in my Amazon list so slowly I will buy them.
