@@lukewbarrettisn't it? We're at the base of Mt Hotham (basically - on the Great Alpine Road) and in winter we can be at the snow in 1.5 hours yet we're 30 minutes from one of the best beaches in the world! I know people who surf in the morning and ski in the afternoon. What a life!
