it's immensely refreshing to see other indians discussing MF DOOM, Alchemist, Tyler and Earl Sweatshirt. i've only met a few people that know these guys (and i've introduced these guys to most of them) and seeing others talk about him is so cool. would love to see you guys enlighten other people with this podcast, talk about dilla, mac miller (specifically his alter ego delusional thomas which is very interesting to me), madlib, nujabes, frank ocean, kendrick lamar (good kid m.A.A.d city, and TPAB), etc.
Absolutely loved the podcast. Just came to know about Shauharty from one of the reddit comments and my first search of him led to this. Definitely gonna check out his music soon after this.
If shauhar has a million fans, then I am one of them. If shauhar has ten fans, then I am one of them. If shauhar has only one fan then that is me. If shauhar has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth. If the world is against shauhar, then I am against the world.
corny ahh but fr shauhar is the only guy I've seen that has the same taste as me be it music or films and the way he fw music is the same way i fw music, pura genius chaat dalna or knowing what the guy is potraying in his work and to dig deep in that not to be pretentious or elitist but just because I fucking like it.
35:30 I know where they come from but as watching them speak it gives me a bit of a superiority complex that me consuming niche content, music , movies makes me superior than my acquaintances who are probably still exposed to only commercial cinema, very superficial art etc . I dont know if its right or wrong but consuming layered content makes you feel a bit more intellectual. I dont know if its just me or y'all too ?
