BM-1200 self-retaining forklift hole brick palletizing system is a patented product from linyi brick mate machinery,It is developped in order to adopt to the diversified development of the market. The production line is suitable for dry product palletizing of simple block production lines. Generally, it is independently installed near the product maintenance yard.
This automatic brick palletizing system can separate and sort the blocks of different varieties and different specifications produced by different models of brick machines, and finally form a one-meter square stack for cross-stacking, and can automatically generate forks holes as required. Palletizing height can be up to 1400mm. After the stacking is completed, it is conveyed by heavy chain conveyor, which can be manually packed or an automatic baler. Each node of the entire production line has a pre-storage position to save forklift running time.
The whole system adopts PLC + touch screen control, and cooperates with laser induction + smart sensors to realize unmanned automatic operation. When a fault occurs, it automatically stops the alarm and displays the fault location. It can be easily eliminated without professional technicians. Equipped with remote control system + cloud data equipment manufacturers can always solve all problems in the office. The operation of the equipment is controlled by electricity, gas and liquid separately, without interference with each other, and the actions are coherent. It can be coded about one layer in about 15s, and the number of shift bricks is about 150,000 (standard brick).
