I have a 420i and we just swapped the rear silencer to the 440i M Performance with 2 pipes… and we removed the middle muffler with a pipe 😅 Sound a bit more bass-ful than this one. No downpipe.
got a stock 328i with injen intake. I want them exhausts farts during the shift they sound so dope lmao. Wondering if I could get that with just a high flow cat. Not looking for loud just to be able to actually hear the exhaust and not just turbo spool
I got them simply after I got the MPE, you can get a resonator delete along with it to make it a little bit louder. I also get pops and burbles with bm3
how much was each upgrade if you dont mind me asking, like the downpipe, muffler and res delete. Also, how much was the race chip. Looking to add all of this to my bmw soon
Hi when the drone became? After res delete or catless downpipe? I have got catted downpipe because of drone problems with catless one. I also delete my muffler and should now i delete res if i want more of pops? Or maybe place some magnaflow instead of regular resonator? It is all about no drone👍🤟
I have a f30 and with b48 engine and wondering if this is a b48 or n20. Also did you just remove the muffler and basically straight pipe or put a custom muffler? The car souns sick!
If you do that, have them run 3” all the way out to the back with 4” tips. Have them Y it after the cat with 3” you won’t regret it, itl sound kinda close to that…gotta remember he’s catless
The smell is not really that bad. It may be a bit stronger for a convertible. For sound, it really depends on how loud you like your car to be, but I would not say it is an annoying sound. I would recommend removing your muffler and having the catless downpipe installed. If that’s not loud enough then remove the resonator for a more raw sound.

Hey man. Sounds great! Do you ever get tired of it? Or is it ever to loud? I got my cats removed but it didn’t make a difference in sound at all. The guy said he could do a res delete and muffler delete do you think mine will sound good like yours?
I would get a tune first such as bootmod3 and go from there. If you still want it to be louder I would go for the res delete and if that isn't enough them muffler. I do get tired of it sometimes but the tune helps.
If you want burbles I suggest getting Bootmod3. You can get some burbles from the catless downpipe but if you want those really loud pops bootmod3 is the way.
@@fastmen3065 to do aggressive burbles on bm3 do u need to go stage 2? was thinking of doing a catless dp + res and muffler delete but don’t know a lot abt tuning. would that be enough or what else do i need to be able to set the burbles to max aggression? i have a b48 430i
If you want a sound difference get a bootmod3 and keep just your res from what I know it won’t have as bad drone and the bm3 gives you a lot more options I had the racechip and ended up upgrading to a bm3
The racechip does not change the sound. I have recently switched over to bootmod3 and I really like it. I would start with muffler and downpipe and see how you like it before taking off the resonator.

As long as you have the same engine yes. The tune doesn't make it sound any different. I would suggest you do downpipe and muffler at the same time see how you like it, and then decide on the resonator. The resonator really makes it a whole lot louder.
I think you should be able to hear some burbles just not as loud or raw as it would be if you were to get both the muffler and resonator delete. If not you can always get bootmod3 and tune the sound of the car.

Yes, it will work for your car. Just go to the VRSF website, type in your car and it should give you the correct downpipe. We are pushing over 300 hp mainly due to the RaceChip GTS Black (47+hp) and the VRSF Catless downpipe (20-25+hp).
