It doesn't need. It will take easily up to 500hp/1000nm at WHEELS and still be fine. I know one of these that is 500hp/1000nm and has been daily driven. And multiple of these 400+hp cars that have been daily driven without issues.
@@Wunderbaumsporting These are massive figures indeed! But...imagining someone crazy who's willing to build one with...700-800 hp...would it be possible to find parts or everything would need to be custom-built?
@@Nick-dz4ml zf6hp28 is rated for 1000nm, the pre facelift comes with the r90 pump. After 450hp the pump becomes the limiting factor thus the methanol injection never seen anyone over 550hp
Why did You swap iron block m57 for aluminium one ? I understand transmision cause 6hp28 have around 200nm higher tq rating than hp28 but engine ? Is 286hp version better for tuning ? What about reliablity ?
Where can i buy this compressor wheel for upgrade ? Normaly hybrids cost around 1000 euro where in fact only compressor wheel on big turbo is real upgrade.
@Pork N Cheese Small turbo doesnt get 3bar and it works alone only untill 1800rpm maybe and at 2600rpm completelly turns off. You dont know anything about R2S system.
Why would you ever buy a diesel car and pretend its ''sport'' I will never understand. You can't give no argument cuz they suck at performance YOU CAN'T PRETEND THAT YOUR DONKEY IS A MUSTANG
Mustang is mustang bmw is bmw donkey is donkey cars are respected as they are, but you can't tell anyone don't buy Diesel back in the days I would agree but if you look at that pure twinturbo 282bhp bmw can be easily remaped and tuned today, and can leave a nice dark smoke behind your 5.0L v8 mustang that can't even drift If you dont like it don't watch it You are wasting your time Must respect every potential of each Manufacture remember.....
@@MrTalianko I used the thing with the Mustang just as a comparation(cuz diesels were made to do industrial things like hauling and stuff back in the day ; that's how they were born) and yeah that diesel engine is great ; but for a diesel engine , and again compare the same engine size and components like turbos because you can't say that a diesel in better than a same size gas engine (2.0T vs 2.0TDI and so on.) Obviously a V8 is better than a V6 or a 2.0 I4 and so on They are great for practical use like hauling or doing tons and tons of highway driving in a pick up or a van but that's about it. You have to admit that in even in a drag race you can't win against a same engined but gasoline car.
