It's in 7th gear..the gearbox of the 640d is the 8 speed ZF 8HP70 ... so in 8th gear you have about 4300 rpm at topspeed.

You should take 208-210 km/h on the tacho for real 200 km/h, that 's why there is a difference with the real mesures :D
