Hello, thanks a lot for the videos, they are really helpful. I have followed all steps and everything seems to be working ok, but when I enter an address from my iPhone Connected app, when I tap on "GO" ("VAI" in Italian), the phone shows "Connect your motorcycle", as if it doesn't recognize the Navigator as the destination device to send the address... do you know what am I missing? The Navigator Connectivity Hub shows my iphone as Connected (not on the iPhone Connected app Connectivity Hub, that one is empty), and on both the iPhone and the Navigtor I am logged in with my BMW ID. Thanks a lot in advance for your help, and again, amazing videos! Ivan.
Hi, thanks for the compliments, they are always nice :-) Unfortunately, I also noticed that since it is not connected to the motorbike, the smartphone does not start navigation (and since it cannot be connected to the motorbike there is no way to do so). From what I've read around the internet, it seems that BMW is working on an update to the app that enables this function (as well as eliminating the problem that after 6 months of not connecting to the bike the app deactivates.). Let's hope they fix the bug as soon as possible.
@@unboxingChannel_Italia Hello again, do you have any news on this topic? I updated the Navigator to v1.0.3 but nothing changed, I still cannot send an address from my phone to the Navigator. Also, the BMW Connected app (on iOS) sometimes records the journeys and sometimes it doesn't. I spent the weekend on my bike and the Navigator was recording the journey but the iOS Connected app didn't show them... Today I was sorting the trips, merging them and so on, and suddently they all appeared on my iPhone... though not merged... In fact, I deleted journeys on the iPhone but they remain on the Navigator... they don't seem to be well synchronised, but I don't understand: both devices are connected with wi-fi, same BMW ID profile, updated, etc. 😒
@@ivanruizdegauna184 Hi, have you tried with Android Phone (just to check if the problem was on iPhone) ? I use only Android Phone without problems on sync route or merge more tracks... The only thinks is about sync, could you try to remove app and than reinstall it (with login to BMW account) ?
Attualmente no, da quanto ho letto dovrebbero aggiungere questa funzione in un prossimo aggiornamento, ma conoscendo "mamma" BMW non è detto che lo facciano :-)
