I know you haven’t gotten a lot of appreciation but THANK YOU for taking the time to show people this. I have some dreaded roof rust and I’ve been looking for a detailed information on getting the headliner out. This will be my go to.

How do you remove the interior B-Pillar trim in the E30? It sandwiches and holds the side of the Window.

You need to remove the top seat belt bolt and the hanger hook. Remove the window gasket and if I remember correctly the main door gasket and be careful it's kinda glued in to the body and sometimes the headliner. It's super thin so be careful. Hope that helps!

What if the sunroof don’t move at all . How can you do this job ?

If it's a powered sunroof, when you pull the little cover off the Visor Panel. You will be able to use an Allen key to turn the cables. If it's a crank sunroof odds are it's the mechanism above the handle that went bad and will need to be replaced. If it doesnt open period, that's a hard one. You can cut the fabric panel and try to unscrew the 6 sunroof bolts and that will be you access, once you pull the panel off, to the tracks. But there really isn't any good way If you can't move it at all. Hope that is helpful
