BMW e39 wiper motor removal

this video shows you how to remove a wiper motor from a BMW e39 5 series.
one thing I missed out from the video... you'll need to remove a small piece of plastic trim before you can free the mechanism. it's 1x 10mm bolt from the side wall and that's it.

Ok, here's the question. How did you get the flat blade kit for that E39? The E39 in the US does not have flat blades.

The motor won't come out from the center stud, it's no budging. Any recommendations?

same procedure as with the arms, a puller. there are splines in there too.

It's just a small bearing puller... You can buy specific wiper arm puller though
