The 4 pipes in the centre and large slabs of carbon fibre on the sides don't look good IMO. Prefer dual exhausts on left and right personally... But it looks like a quality job so can see some people going for it just because it looks different to stock.
@@smithjones2488 in the states. I don't like the way the new Beemer looks from front but seen it un person and looks gorgeous when you ignore the big grill lol.
@@st_f0lk582 where I'm at awd is not needed and pointless but I heard awd gets a better package so I still need go see b4 I can pull the trigger or else RWD of course
all that hard work for just minor sound difference. its sounds the same. get that OPF out and put some downpipes in im sure that would make the difference
Would you say its much louder because its harder to tell over mic audio and is there more burbles than the stock ??? Does it have the same characters as the MPE from the F80 M3 ? Thanks and awesome video!
am i crazy or are those sleeves they used to hold the old exhaust/new together going to trap water and rot off? Or vibrate and seperate, seems cheap instead of just welding it or replacing from the downpipes back
Hi there, i am all the way from Recife in Brazil South America, and I really liked your video, very informative and all, thank you for sharing it with us…
That’s some quality ass work for sure, as for the look, idk, I can respect it trying to look different than the traditional layout, but it does look a bit funny, the slanted quad pipes. BMW is trying too hard nowadays. It saddens me
Really not a fan of this M exhaust option for the G80, I'm going a different route with my g80 M3, catless downpipes, getting rid of the secondary cats and I've already gotten rid of both resonators. Keeping the factory box style exahust is much better looking. This literally looks like a ricer mod, specially with the wing.
Can’t stand the direction of BMW these days. Fugly at the front, and Fast and Furious fugly at the back now. Have BMW employed the production crew of F&F in their design team. Awful 😔
@@reggiecam8243 Yeah, but still you are allowed to have an opinion and share it, despite if you can afford it or not. Still, there are plenty of people who can afford it and think that it looks ugly. With your sentence you just show how small and narrow minded you are. Or proabably a child.
@@AdrjanL the one that can afford it they actually like the car and the performance. why get a car if you think it gone be ugly everyday 🤣🤣 make no sense and the one you say it ugly are not loyalty to bmw just buy c63 with the 4pot if you think look matter
@@thetechnobasefan1161 what's the point of just a muffler? There's no power gains and the sound isn't that much different as you can tell from the video. If the dealership puts the car on a lift and sees any cuts or welds your warranty is void. They negatives outweigh the benefits
Wow- As someone who has had a number of BMW M Sports and more recently M3 you have managed to completely destroy the look and definitely the value of this car-there’s a very good reason BMW’s don’t do stupid looking exhausts like this - they are experts at designing superb drivers cars that also happen to look great- Outstanding?
If that is true which I’m sure you are absolutely correct let’s just see how many customers decide it’s a good idea and decide to buy one, on a very positive note when you decide to sell the car which by the way looked fantastic before the exhaust was fitted , can I buy it as the value will surely plummet like a stone. It’s only my opinion but somehow I don’t think the trend will catch on .
