You need to Press “p” Them you go into Photo mode Witch it basicly walking. He just adds Sound fx to make it Seem realistic. Hope this Helps😊

Yes, there are rain in this game. Maybe your graphics configurations is not able to turn up rain.

Well sadly they dont focus on sounds or even upgrades in the crew So any car that is turbocharged will have a similar sounding turbocharger I think its bc the game isnt just for cars but for bikes, planes and boats so idk
