Christian, tell me please, how e30 handles with this heavy engine. Is it has some difficulties, what kind of special setup for chassis you made. Great car. I like it and its speed + sound!
are you kidding? The s14 was a great engine when it came out in 1988. Technology has improved. the original m3 had 200hp. This car should be packing about 500hp. This car has more than double the power + much lighter chassis + $70,000 sequential gearbox better suspension and bigger tires. And you dont think its "that much faster, maybe in a straight line?" Dude this car would rape a stock M3. Stock they arent that fast like 16s on the 1/4. With this much power this car is easily a 11s car
@seankim228 Think a little bit more. V8 engine is really heavy for an E30. I think that means that the weight is pushed more forward and that again means that the rear of the car is not so stable and more lifted up. Standard M3 spoiler maybe can`t produce enough downforce that`s why probably they installed a bigger spoiler. Don`t be ridiculous it`s not a NFSU tuning bullshit. This is pure racing and believe me, these guys out there knows what they are doing, so stop your ricer talk, please. Fin
